Taking a filmmaking class at NYU Abu Dhabi let me explore my passion for cinematography, with access to the university's professional equipment and tools. I learned to write scripts, direct actors, shoot on a Blackmagic Pocket camera with professional microphones, and edit and color grade in DaVinci Resolve.

Most importantly, I got hands-on experience in how to build a compelling story and bring it to life on the screen.
